This insulated roof access skylight has an extra utility feature which provides safe and convenient access to the roof. The uniquely designed hinges and opening system allow the sash to easily open up to 80°. Gas springs operate the sash and keep it stable while open to prevent accidental closure. DRF roof access skylight is an energy-efficient, triple glazed unit with an anti-theft inner pane Frame is made up of multi-chamber PVC profiles filled with insulation material.

Should you wish to make a return please contact sales@roofing4us.com We are happy to process a return or exchange a product within 30 days from date of delivery. Please note that the original cost for shipping (if applicable) is non refundable and you must cover the cost of return postage, there will also be a 30% restocking fee charged which will be deducted from your refund.
All products should be inspected at delivery and any damaged or missing parts must be noted on the delivery papers prior to signing. Should you find any damages, this must also be noted on the delivery papers and photos taken and notify us ASAP.
In the case you are not present to receive the delivery, all products must be inspected. Should you find any damages, please take photos and notify us within 24 hours from date of delivery by emailing us at the above email address.

Although it's extremely rare, if a Fakro product appears damaged upon delivery the customer must take photographic evidence of damages and BOL and accept delivery. After accepting the delivery the customer should report the damages directly to Roofing4US within 24 hours to ressolve the issue.
