Roofing4US (Build4less LLC) has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in the site.
Roofing4US (Build4less LLC) should not be regarded as an infallible guide to concerned products and services, nor does it constitute an offer or an undertaking or representation.
Roofing4US (Build4less LLC) try to ensure that information on our site is accurate, complete and up-to-date. In using this site, however, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions, which take effect on the date when you first used the site.
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, the site and all information, text, names, images, pictures, logo, links and icons and other materials (without limitation) are provided 'as is' and on an 'is available' basis without representation warranty or endorsement, expressed or implied. In particular, we do not warrant or represent the accuracy or completeness of information provided on this site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the site and its servers are free from computer viruses or bugs.
In no event will Roofing4US (Build4less LLC) be liable to any person for any damage or loss that may arise from the use of any information contained in our site or products displayed on our site, including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising from use or loss of use, data, or profits, whether in action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the use of the site.
Notwithstanding anything else in these Terms and Conditions, we will not be liable for claims relating to the functionality or availability of the site.
Orders placed are generally delivered within the time frame of 2 - 5 days but may longer in some cases, any orders which take longer to deliver is generally due to goods needing to be ordered in specifically for the customer and therefore a cancellation charge may apply as the goods have been paid for by Roofing4US (Build4less LLC) in advance for the customer. Some special orders may not be allowed to be cancelled. The customer will be notified of this term prior to placing their order. If the order was placed online the customer will be notified of the extended leadtime, special order conditions and has at this point in time the option to cancel their order with a full refund.
Roofing4US (Build4less LLC) will not accept any liability or damages for goods delivered late on a notified time. Roofing4US (Build4less LLC) makes every effort to ensure all orders arrive in a speedy fashion and cannot be held responsible for third parties errors or mishaps. Roofing4US (Build4less LLC) has outlined an estimated time and cost of delivery in our terms and conditions and please note that this is an estimated time of delivery and cost only. Roofing4US (Build4less LLC) will in most cases also notify our customers after an order has been placed by email or telephone on an eta of delivery, again this is an eta only and should not be taken as an exact time of delivery as this time could change due to stock levels, delivery issues or by act of god. In case of very rural location or movement of stock between depots Roofing4US (Build4less LLC) may seek additional delivery charges before goods are dispatched. This will be notified to the customer and agreed before any charge is collected. All customers must ensure a way of means of offloading on site for their order. Delivery drivers are not expected to offload onsite this is up to the customer to have this facility onsite. Any off loading done by a delivery driver is done so at their own discretion. Appropriate access must be available to site to allow our trucks deliver your order. If you have bad access please notify us by inserting a comment into the order comments box so Roofing4US (Build4less LLC) can make the appropriate arrangements for delivery. Any orders that have failed to be delivered due to bad access or no way of means to offload onsite maybe subject to a new delivery charge.
Manufacturers products Defect: If for any reason that you feel that the product you have received is defect please contact Roofing4US immediately with photographs of the defect product. Please note Roofing4US is not liable for any manufacturer product defects and such issues will be addressed with the manufacturers product quality control team for further examination. If you feel the product is defect do not install the product as use of the product could null and void any manufacturer warranty. Roofing4US will notify the manufacturer of any defects and the manufacturer will make arrangements to inspect such products. Please note damage to products during delivery is not a manufacturers defect and such issues should be addressed to Roofing4US and the usual steps taken when returning goods. If you do not wish to accept the goods upon delivery do not remove from the delivery truck and return them to back to Roofing4US. Please notify Roofing4US immediately of this issue so we can arrange for undamaged goods to be redelivered. The customer will not be charged for redelivery in this instance.
Fakro Notice -
The customer should never refuse a shipment. Even if the shipment seems like a total loss, the customer should accept the delivery after taking photo documentation and noting on the BOL the severity of the damage. All damaged shipments must be reported to Roofing4US within 24 hours. In case the shipment is refused by the customer then Roofing4US owns the product.
Assuming proper documentation is kept and submitted in a timely manner, Roofing4US will expedite the replacement of damaged or lost products at no cost to the customer and file the claim with the Carrier. The Fakro only works directly with Roofing4US and remains invisible to the customer. If the Customer decides to return their order, they must contact Roofing4US and never Fakro. Roofing4US will still have the right to deny a credit to the customer if return is 30 days past after the original ship date. Roofing4US has the right to deny any refunds to customer if product is returned damaged, used or in any other condition that would make it not resalable to Roofing4US.
If a customers return reasoning is due to any accidently or incorrectly ordered items (including but not limited to, buyers-remorse, didn’t need product anymore or change of mind), Roofing4US will not issue a return label and the Customer will have to return product at their own expense. FAKRO will only issue a return label for damaged or incorrectly shipped items on behalf of FAKRO.
If a Customer decides to return any FAKRO product and it is being returned at their own expense, he/she must schedule their own pick up by their carrier of choice. In the event the item comes to the FAKRO warehouse damaged, either Roofing4US or the Customer will also have to file a claim with their used carrier on their behalf. FAKRO will provide all the information and documentation needed for filing a claim if needed.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee from the Original Retail Cost. If return(s) is/are approved the customer will be refunded their original cost of the product at which it was purchased. No refund will be given on return shipments unless product arrived damaged or incorrect to the customer. In any other event a product is returned to the Distributor warehouse a refund will only be issued if product is received by FAKRO in perfect condition, not damaged.
Manufacturer price increases happen from time to time and in this case Roofing4US may have to pass this price increase cost onto the customer. Roofing4US cannot be held responsible for any price increases passed onto the customer after an order is placed online. All price increases will be notified to a customer before an order is dispatched and the customer has the right to cancel and request a full refund if they do not wish to proceed with their order.
Price increases do not happen very often however Roofing4US tries to minimise the impact of this price increase by updating our prices online as soon as is practical.
In some cases various locations may run low on specific stock before a price increase is due to be introduced and new stock will need to be ordered in for a specific order. If this happens it maybe the case that the stock being ordered in will not arrive until after a price increase has been introduced and therefore the order will be subject to the new price increase.
Order Processing: Order handling can take from 1-3 working days, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 1:00 pm EST are handled same day. We depend on distribution centres, manufacturers, and other suppliers, and they like us have processing times that ultimately determine when the order has been processed for delivery. Whenever possible, we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, and most frequently handling starts immediately after your order is placed once within during business hours. Your order may already be processed, even though the status of your order may not have changed online. This doesn't mean your order has not been processed or already scheduled for delivery.
Actual Shipment Price & Customer Responsibilities: All shipping fees for your order are the customer's responsibility and agreed upon when choosing to buy from Build4less LLC and its websites, Build4less LLC reserves the right to send invoices due for payment immediately for any and all unpaid fees resulting from the order including any incorrect freight differences, fuel charges, class changes, dimensional fees, return shipping fees, liftgate charges, storage fees, limited access fees, delivery attempt fee’s, call ahead fee’s, and any other fees associated with the customer's order.
A copy of these invoices will be emailed or mailed to the billing address or email address that was provided with your order. Build4less LLC must be fully paid by the customer in respect of the order and associated costs resulting from shipping, lack of credit approval, credit card reversals, chargebacks, collections, lawyers' fees, and any other related expenses to fully pay Build4less LLC.

Build4less LLC and its websites explicitly hold all rights concerning orders placed by means of this site, directly, including fax, telephone or any legally binding documentation.

Shipment Time Frame: Shipping times vary depending on the product and or the warehouse location. Some orders process very quickly and are shipped within minutes, larger pallet sized orders can take a few days to be processed due to organizing shipping lanes for the order, but you can rest assured that the average transit times are usually 48 hours once the order is shipped! There really isn't anything we can do if there are unforeseen circumstances like delays caused by extreme weather conditions (heavy snowstorms), or accidents occurring during transport processes such as motor vehicle wrecks - those things just sometimes happen, unfortunately. We do not guarantee any processing or shipping time frame, regardless of the chosen shipment type online or offline. Next day or second day options mean we will request our source to choose this shipping option. Please be advised that processing times are different to shipping times. Although we make every effort to adhere to time frames, we are not responsible if any delays occur during transit or processing time frames, as this is out of our control and comes down to the carrier.
Shipping Estimates: Online shipping calculators used by Build4less LLC can vary in accuracy from when an order is placed online to when your order is dispatched. The estimated amount is used to give the customer a general expectation as to what shipping they may incur. The calculator is reasonably accurate. However, it becomes more difficult to estimate correctly larger pallet sized orders. Freight truck LTL shipments have many variables that determine actual freight costs. The customer is always responsible and obligated for any actual freight costs above the estimated value. If you would like to receive a rate estimate that is most accurate, please provide all location information and contact us directly so that we can arrange the best possible rate for you.
Shipping Insurance: All orders through Build4less LLC are delivered economy-based with no insurance unless Shipping Protection is added to your order. Once the package ships any related damage or lost shipment becomes the customer's responsibility! If you wish to avoid these risks, please ensure Shipping Protection is included in your order online or call a sales agent and instruct them to include Shipping Protection on your order. Contact us to add Shipping Protection prior to the departure if Shipping Protection has not been added to your order online. Adding Shipping Protection to your order after it has been dispatched is not possible. Our online Shipping Protection calculator will determine the amount of Shipping Protection you need based on your order's value, shipping location and possible restrictions. Refused or returned shipments are the customer's responsibility, see refused or return shipment section below.
Parcel Shipping: The Parcel Shipment is a type of small truck which is used by UPS and FedEx, among others. This is often used as their primary means of shipping products unless they exceed these carriers' limits or there's an issue with what can be shipped through this method (e.g.: oversized goods). However, there may be instances where some products won't ship well through these parcel carriers, so LTL freight would serve as the best option instead! Off standard shaped, oversized, and hazardous packages cannot be shipped via package delivery. Freight LTL Truck Shipping: Items that are required to ship by LTL carriers can be expensive and result in express customer responsibilities. Due to the high cost of LTL freight, returns and refunds are typically not accepted. Prior to placing your order, please read the complete shipping terms page. In the event that an order is completed, the customer is expressly agreeing to pay for the actual freight as well as any associated charges or differences between estimated and actual amounts to Build4less LLC. It is important to note that regardless of the estimated freight amount, the customer remains solely responsible for paying the actual freight as well as any related shipping charges immediately upon receipt of notification or invoice.
Build4less LLC relies on the customer to provide full and accurate detailed information, so we can provide an accurate as possible estimate of shipping costs. Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in additional shipping charges or carrier fees, storage charges, class changes or delivery fees that will be passed onto the customer after the order is placed or has been delivered. Orders via our websites are calculated using the delivery address provided and automatically checked for residential or commercial dock delivery. This auto address check can sometimes be wrong and will default to a commercial dock delivery if the address is not showing up a residential. Any additional fees where an order has been quoted for a commercial delivery when actually delivered to a residential address will be due for payment. If you feel the shipping quote received online is not accurate, please reach out to us, so we can cross-check this for you and get a more accurate quote for you. Your failure to provide the proper information in regard to your shipping address may result in excessive fees. Sometimes it's necessary to make special requests for delivery. Some examples include residential deliveries, with no dock, no forklift, lift gate, a high-density area, limited access areas, island access, a high rise, multiple levels, gated communities, security gates, government facilities, or deliveries other than straight interstates or commercial docks. Order Cancellation: Prior to the start of processing, you can cancel your order. The cancellation process becomes difficult or impossible once processing begins, so please call us as soon as you decide to cancel. A cancellation notification does not mean we agree to the cancellation or are able to cancel. Build4less LLC reserves the right to deny cancellation once we have started the processing phase. While we will do our best to stop the process, it may not be possible due to a variety of reasons, such as the product being pulled from inventory, packaged, on a semi-trailer, in transit or for any other reasons. It may take up to 36 hours to know if our warehouses were truly able to stop the processing, and at this point the order may have been picked or dispatched. The customer will be responsible for any credit transaction costs, shipping costs, return fees, stoppage fees, and restocking fees resulting from the cancellation once the order has been processed. Build4less LLC reserves the exclusive right to cancel or deny orders or cancellation requests.
Refused Shipment, Damaged & Returns: Shipments that are refused, damaged, or returned are all treated the same. The customer is fully responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment, along with any original shipping costs. Also, see our Shipping Protection section as these types of shipments can get lost or damaged and can be covered with our Shipping Protection Policy. Before returning or refusing a package, you must call us because it may not be possible to return it to the original location. We will provide the details required if you choose to return your order and the paperwork required that is to be added to the package and the location to ship if it is possible to be returned or refused. We are not responsible to locate the package if the refused or return policies are not followed correctly. Often this results in no product and no refunds, while incurring additional fees related to the return or refusal. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the delivery for damage and notify the delivery company. Any signs of external damage must be reported to the carrier and the shipment must be refused. Acceptance signed or unsigned is a transfer of responsibility! Once shipped, the transfer of responsibility goes to the delivery. We recommend buying our Shipping Protection on the delivery of your order, see the Shipping Protection section. The carrier is responsible for your damage claim, not Build4less LLC and its websites, and the customer is responsible for failing to document the delivery. We can only assist with documented damage claims.
Product Will-Call Pickup: Our warehousing and manufacturing facilities, along with third-party suppliers, offer some stock items that can be picked up there. Our customer service team will be able to determine whether pickup is a viable option when given the item SKU code and quantity. Once the item is signed for at the pickup facility, the customer is fully responsible for it. The item may not be returned in the same manner as it must be shipped and follows the returns policy section.
All rights including Copyright and database right, in the website and its contents, are owned by Roofing4US (Build4less LLC), or otherwise used by Roofing4US (Build4less LLC) as permitted by applicable law or the copyright holder. You may not copy, broadcast or transmit any images, graphic, logo, button, icon, image and their selection and arrangement thereof, and any underlying source code and software, for any commercial or public purpose without prior written permission from Roofing4US (Build4less LLC) or the copyright holder.
You may not adapt, alter or create any of the material or information in the site or use it for any other purpose other than for personal non-commercial use. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes.
Roofing4US (Build4less LLC) reserves the right to use for its own purposes any material submitted to the site, including text and images, either on the site or in any other form, including for publicity purposes. Roofing4US (Build4less LLC) reserves the right to monitor submissions to the site and to edit and reject any submissions.
All names, images, logos identifying Roofing4US (Build4less LLC) are proprietary marks of Roofing4US (Build4less LLC). All third party brand, product, service and company names contained on this site are the trademarks and trade names of their respective holders. Roofing4US (Build4less LLC) does not give permission for their use by any person other than the holders. Any such use may constitute an infringement of the holders rights.
Roofing4US (Build4less LLC) does not represent, warrant, endorse or hold responsibility over any external sites that may be linked to and from this site.
