There are few things worse than a lost or damaged packages on delivery. That’s why we now offer cheap and affordable Shipping Protection on all orders. To avail of this service, simply opt in to protect your delivery at checkout.

 

What happens if my order is lost or damaged that has Shipping Protection?


  1. If your order is lost during delivery, simply email deliveries@roofing4us.com with your order number and date your order was due to arrive. One of our customer service team members will assist in the claims process if your order is shipped via LTL or any other similar third party carrier. If your order was not shipped via LTL or any other similar third party carrier  Roofing4US will re-arrange delivery for you immediately.
  2. If your order is damaged during delivery, simply email deliveries@roofing4us.com with photographs of your damaged products and order number. One of our customer service team members will assist in the claims process if your order is shipped via LTL or any other similar third party carrier. If your order was not shipped via LTL or any other similar third party carrier  Roofing4US will re-arrange delivery for you immediately. Please also ensure to mark on the delivery docket beside your signature what is damaged and how many. Failure to mark the delivery docket with what is damaged may invalidate your claim.
