LSF Fire Rated Scissor Attic Ladder - All Sizes

The LSF fire-resistant loft ladder acts as a smoke block inside the building preventing the smoke from passing to a smoke free storey. The loft ladder fire resistance is EI₂= 60 minutes (classification according to EN 13501-2).  The Fakro LSF fire rated ladder gives you the ability to access the attic and even blocks a blaze if one breaks out. The hatch is equipped with a gasket that expands under extreme heat. Get essential fire protection and keep your family safe as the ladder is in accordance with ASTM E119 Standard Test Methods for Fire Tests of Building Construction Materials.

Should you wish to make a return please contact sales@4us-group.com We are happy to process a return or exchange a product within 30 days from date of delivery. Please note that the original cost for shipping (if applicable) is non refundable and you must cover the cost of return postage, there will also be a 30% restocking fee charged which will be deducted from your refund. 

All products should be inspected at delivery and any damaged or missing parts must be noted on the delivery papers prior to signing. Should you find any damages, this must also be noted on the delivery papers and photos taken and notify us ASAP. 

In the case you are not present to receive the delivery, all products must be inspected. Should you find any damages, please take photos and notify us within 24 hours from date of delivery by emailing us at the above email address.

Although it's extremely rare, if a Fakro product appears damaged upon delivery the customer must take photographic evidence of damages and BOL and accept delivery. After accepting the delivery the customer should report the damages directly to Roofing4US within 24 hours to ressolve the issue.

Delivery will always take place on a weekday (Mon - Fri).
