LST Insulated Scissor Attic Ladder - All Sizes

The LST is a scissor style, insulated and sealed attic ladder. It collapses as it folds away and expands as it opens. It is spring-loaded and includes a control rod, installation brackets, trim, and a white, finished lid. Get maximum security and versatility with this Fakro LST Scissor Attic Ladder. Safety features include S-shaped steps that serve as handrails when climbing and a powder-coated quality steel that is durable with a 350 lb. load capacity. The scissor system is well-balanced and the ladder allows you to adjust the length by adding or removing step segments. Each step adds 8 in. to a ceiling height and when you're done fold the ladder smoothly with little force.

Should you wish to make a return please contact sales@roofing4us.com We are happy to process a return or exchange a product within 30 days from date of delivery. Please note that the original cost for shipping (if applicable) is non refundable and you must cover the cost of return postage, there will also be a 30% restocking fee charged which will be deducted from your refund. 

All products should be inspected at delivery and any damaged or missing parts must be noted on the delivery papers prior to signing. Should you find any damages, this must also be noted on the delivery papers and photos taken and notify us ASAP. 

In the case you are not present to receive the delivery, all products must be inspected. Should you find any damages, please take photos and notify us within 24 hours from date of delivery by emailing us at the above email address.

Although it's extremely rare, if a Fakro product appears damaged upon delivery the customer must take photographic evidence of damages and BOL and accept delivery. After accepting the delivery the customer should report the damages directly to Roofing4US within 24 hours to ressolve the issue.

Delivery will always take place on a weekday (Mon - Fri).
