Lucas #7230 Cure & Seal – High Gloss is a VOC compliant water-borne acrylic protective coating for horizontal concrete traffic surfaces. #7230 is intended for application to new concrete as soon as the surface has set. The product must be applied the same day the concrete is poured. It will seal the surface and retard moisture evaporation resulting in a stronger cured concrete.

Lucas Cure & Seal is manufactured from durable, high Tg 100% acrylic resin in a water vehicle.

Application:

Do not apply to concrete in direct sunlight or in temperatures over 80º F to avoid blistering or pin holing. Material temperature must be 50ºF minimum. Application temperature must be 50ºF minimum. Not resistant to petroleum products or animal fats. Do not allow to freeze before application and for 24 hours after application.

Apply product as it comes from the container with a high volume commercial pump sprayer with a 1/2 gallon per minute tip. Do not use form oil sprayers as the oil will contaminate the Cure & Seal. Apply 300 to 350 sq. ft. per gallon.

Clean up: Soap and water (wet coating).
